Silpada has a no pressure sales approach, which you will follow as one of their consultants Ladies, in general, really enjoy jewelry and trying on different pieces, so once you combine that with a “ladies’ night,” you get a really fun party. You create your own kit, and then share all of the jewelry you have assembled in it at the party. You are not responsible for keeping an inventory of Silpada items, so be sure the jewelry you select to show in your kit, is also jewelry that you want to wear yourself.
