Woman Steals Diamond Ring From Elderly Resident

17, Dover Police arrested Sheilia Toledo, 20 of Dover and charged her with the alleged theft of a $5,000 ring from an elderly victim. While there, the victim was wearing her diamond wedding ring, valued at $5,000. The investigation led police to review receipts from Blackwell Jewelers and discovered Toledo had pawned the ring there. Toledo was questioned by police and later charged with theft of the ring. The ring has not been recovered but Blackwell Jewelers is still working with the police in the investigation.

Police arrested a 23-year-old London man on Jan. 12. He's charged with theft under $5000. The ring hasn't been recovered. It's described as 14-karat white gold with a .75-karat diamond in size 7.25.
